Information that EZYPages will collect

Registration Information: EZYPages collects or maintains the following personal information about its users: Name, Address, Telephone Number, Email Address, Username and Password, Date of birth, Credit card details (if applicable)

This information will be collected with your knowledge and participation. If you choose not to provide this information, EZYPages may decline to accept your registration. It will not normally be possible for you to deal with EZYPages anonymously.

What EZYPages does with your information

We do not your personal information available to third parties, with the obvious exception of third party business partners such as the Domain Name Registries.

We do provide aggregate data to third parties (e.g. " we have 50,000 members who are small business owners").

We may customise our email newsletters and communications to relfect your interest in a particular service.

We access historic correspondance and details about earlier conversions in response to customer service issues and, to conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on EZYPages.

We store encryted credit card or bank details to allow us to process the subscriptions to our services

The information we collect from you is strictly confidential and therefore we will not disclose or pass the content or any contact details to any third parties, other than those who are contracted to EZYPages, without your prior permission.

EZYPages will not otherwise disclose its customer personal and account information unless EZYPages has reason to believe that disclosing such personal information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of EZYPages

The way to access, modify and update of information

Members will always have access to the information and content you have provided us through our advanced Control Panel. You can easily edit your personal information provided during registration at anytime via a password protected web interface.

In order to access your account information you must be registered as a current contact for the account.

Data security

EZYPages will endeavour to keep your personal information as secure as reasonably possible. EZYPages Internet server utilises a modern Linux-based operating system that is maintained with the latest available security patches and updates.
